Anybody have a terrific Caesar salad recipe?

I've been looking for years for a terrific Caesar salad receipe and I mean the old style which uses a raw egg. Thanks in advance.

Well necessity is the mother of invention...right? With no response and supper time approaching I went ahead and eggperiemented on my own. Wifey has a library of 300+ cookbooks so we started through the ones which have been the best yielding over the years. And then it clicked...why not try something myself since all are sort of alike, but here and there was a jag off the familiar road. So here's my recipe and I'll tweak it in the future, but it sure drew some raves tonight![p]Ron Caesar Salad[p]Dressing:
In a dressing container add:[p]1 T red wine vinegar
1 T Real Lemon concentrate
2 T garlic flavored olive oil
1 raw egg
3/4 t creamy dijonnaise mustard
1 t worcestershire
1/2 t coarse Kosher salt
1/2 t crushed garlic (= to about 1.5 fresh garlics)
1/4 t Cayene pepper
25 grinds of freshly ground peppercorns[p]Lettuce etc:
I used fresh romaine lettuce which I placed in a bowl and then poured the dressing on and mixed very well 30 minutes before serving. I also garnished with freshly grated Pamesan cheese.[p]If anybody follows suit please email me with your thoughts or tweaks and I promise to do the same![p] [p]
