I'm making seven racks of baby backs tonight and am looking for advice on dome temp and whether I should cook direct or indirect. Also about how long do you think it will take for the ribs to be done?[p]Thanks

I cook mine at 225 for 5-6 hours indirect with placesetter. Rub with mustard and then rub. I use apple wood.[p]CWM

Steve,[p]We do ribs with direct heat using a rack that presents the ribs edge on.[p]250 degrees for 2-21/2 hours.[p]Good Luck![p]
