I am a big fan of chicken grillas (stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breast). On my other grills I was use to grilling them on both sides.
Is it neccesary to turn them while cooking on the egg with direct heat at about 350? Or would this be a good opportunity to use my grate extender?

    jake42,
maybe Car Wash Mike can pitch in here. I believe he does something similar to this, only they are called "cowboy grillers". As for me, i have never tried them...but man they sound great! I think would attempt to use the extender and go the way of no flip. However, i would also go by the looks on the tops and the trusty instant read thermometer![p]Wobbly pops to ya![p]PH

    Parrothead,
Thanks alot, that is exactly how I cooked them yesterday along with a couple of baked potatoes. Chicken Grillas is the basic name for a variety. There is a cowgirl, cowboy, italian, and hawaiian they all have different stuffings.
I prefer the cowboy for it's pepperjack cheese stuffing.
