Car Wash Mike,
No juice needed, Mike. The foil stage is what extracts the excess moisture out. Also since I'm been using Tyson 12% solution injected ribs I think of it as the "sweating it out stage"!

Car Wash Mike,
I used apple juice when I foiled mine, and also added honey to the ribs. I'm thinking of using margarita mix next time. Might turn out good. See-Yaa

RRP,
Thanks, just looking for something different. I cut the babyback slab in half before cooking. One half will get nothing the other half part apple juice and part bbq sauce.[p]CWM

LoveHandles,
Going to try 1/2 slab with apple juice and bbq sauce.
Thanks,[p]
