I managed to sneak away from a workshop, and I have to get back in a minute so briefly...I want you to know that Collins' Eggs were smokin' this weekend. [p]Friday night, Italian Pork Stew (see note from RunRunner below for pix and comments). Great hit. It was served on Saturday at a football gathering, and not even one scrap survived.[p]Sunday we invited 12 to dinner; I made Baked Beans in the Small on Saturday (like stew, always better the next day), and on Sunday I Egged three pork tenderloins on the Large while two turkey half-breasts roasted away on the Small. As soon as the tenderloins were finished, I loaded the Large with two big salmon fillets. The Small was pulled into duty (after the turkey breast halves finished) with a pan of curried fruit, which was really delicious. The guests were properly in awe of what the BGE can accomplish![p]Cheers,
