Spatchcocked GIZZARDS

Toss on for quick lunch spatchcocked chicken.
This chick had 2 gizzards.
Just used Julio's and some Pineapple rub.
Thought why toss the gizzards.
They were very good. Will buy a package next chicken cook as they only take about 20 min's (400 direct high in the dome).

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Man, I love gizzards, but they need to be fried. I'll show you how to do :laugh: gizzards one of these days, but you gotta send Mama away for about a week, 'cause she'd sniff you out in a New York Minute!

    Mike I thought this would be for Zoe, but they were good with the Julio's.
    Try it new chicken, you may be surpised as I was.
    Will keep this one on the list.
    May be what to bring to Plano that is different.
