Thermoworks RT600C worked great for me

Stepping up from a slow dial pocket thermometer to the RT600C 5 second thermometer was a good move. Not an instant read thermometer but good enough for me. 5-6 seconds. Cooked 9 steaks for family and friends yesterday from rare to med and all were nearly perfect. And also cooked a Sockeye salmon.
