Thanks so much for the help. The whole family agrees, best turkey ever. The BGE is by far the most advanced "cooker" going. To have such a loyal following of great people, and have a forum with so many to offer help is indescribable. I was a Weber guy for years and thought they were unbeatable, until now.

    Welcome to the world of great cooking. I was not one to give up a thousand dollars for a cooker, but it is will worth the money spent for the BGE. I have been into cooking all my life. I used my home made grill for a long time and it worked well until I saw my first BGE a friend had.It didn't take long to get me excited about the BGE. I am not sure how much more one could do to improve this wonderful machine. My wife and others thought I was nuts purchasing my Egg until they taste the results.
    I slso believe that those of us fortunate enough to have a BGE enjoy the art of cooking putting us a cut above the weekend grilling warrior. lol[p]Jerry
