Help, new BGE, can I cook this turkey direct. I could not find fire bricks anywhere all closed on Sat. Could I use reg. bricks this one time to go indirect ? The turkey is thawed, help !!!!

Put it in a pan.

batfire,[p]I always do turkey on a rack of some sort...a v-rack or anything that lifts it up. Then put some kind of drip pan under it...anything big enough to hold the drippings. Will work fine.[p]mShark
