Boar shoulder

Boar shoulder cook - seems very lean compared to a butt or regular pork shoulder

A buddy of mine was given a wild boar which I was going to do long and slow. After trimming it up a bit and smothering with mustard it seemed to me it was much leaner and also not nearly as thick as a standard shoulder or butt so I'm about to put it on - with help and advice from other eggers - THX
