NEW Green Egg User -NEED HELP

OK- so I scored a used medium Egg of Craigslist for $150. Its an older one but in PERFECT condition and it even came with a nest and BGE Charcoal.

NOW- I need your expert advice and best practices on easy cooking recipes, charcoal to use, how to clean it, best place to buy accessories, etc..
