Need Lobster Recipe

In days long gone, there was a sure fire lobster-on-the-egg recipe and I can no longer find it.[p]Can anyone point me in the right direction?[p]Cajun (still smokin' in Apopka, Florida)

    Cajun,
    In days long ago Hound Dog used to send me care packages of pecan wood. I haven't cooked this recipe but all others Brad gave me were great. In WalMart today I looked at the lobster tank and I'm pretty sure those bugs haven't seen the ocean bottom for way too long.
    Please post the results however the method.
