Anyone tried Chef Rd's mixture on fish?

Got some nice grouper fillets and was going to try Chef Rd's mixture on some 1-2 inch pieces. Any thoughts?[p]CWM

    Car Wash Mike,
    I use it on deep fried fish all the time, but I just dip it and then fry it.
    I prefer my fish deep fried still. :)

    Car Wash Mike, tried it on perch, crappie, and blugill on the deep fry. also works good on fried clams if you modify the recipe with corn flour instead of meal.
