Thanks Nature Boy - Burgers for 20 a success!

We had an impromtu cookout last night - well, everyone we invited decided to come, so we had about 20 total, including my wife and I. I decided to do burgers, but it was still a challenge cooking 20 burgers using my Medium - I had to do them in 6 burger shifts. [p]Anyway, I used a mixture of Dizzy Cow Lick and Lemon Pepper (a GREAT combination, by the way, if you haven't tried it) and I got nothing but compliments. They were 1/2 lb burgers, 1/2" thick, cooked at 350 for 6 minutes per side. Perfect medium, juicy all the way through, and man that Cow Lick really raised some eyebrows. [p]Needless to say, I got a lot of questions about the Egg and "that great seasoning."[p]Thanks again, Chris, for a great product.[p]TRex

And while I can take some credit for mixing the stuff and getting it out to you, the Cow Lick is my partner and friend Qfan's awesome creation. [p]I will definitely try the lemon pepper combo. I was thinking of trying some coriander in the mix sometime, and lemon pepper usually has coriander seeds. I can imagine how those flavors would go well together.[p]Packin for the Royal right now. Will be on the road to Kansas City tomorrow!

Nature Boy,[p]Yeah, the lemon pepper adds a nice compliment - I also blend lemon pepper with Dizzy Dust on chicken, and my favorite late night health snack is a can of tuna with a mixture of lemon pepper and Tsunami Spin - yumm.[p]Good luck at the Royal!!![p]TRex
