New Island

New island, new egg, new backyard...
I live in the SF Bay Area and had my small island built by a local place called Diablo Grills (operates out of Walnut Creek and Sacramento). It's very nicely constructed - frame made from welded steel tubing, hardibacker cement board, trex type footing, hand troweled stucco with a cat face texture, travertine tile. Not a large backyard so the small island works well. I'm enjoying my new egg!

Hi! That is a nice island! I know this is an old post but I am going to be building a patio with an island in my backyard. I am planning on using the same kind of "cutout" in the island for my Large BGE. Do you know what the measurements should be so the egg fits comfortably?
Thanks,
