I'm about to try some thick cut pork chops a la TRex. I figure pigs and cows are are both mammals, both have four legs...with hooves, and both are really good on the Egg. So, here goes. May dwell a little though.[p]I can't take much more of Tech's come back heroics, although last week was a lot easier to swallow.[p]Good evening to all....dry as a bone here.[p]Mike

Lawn Ranger,[p]Well Mike how did they turn out?? I'd like to try that too.[p]Semper Fi,[p]MC

We have done the exact same thing with our pork chops many times. [p]The T-Rex recommended method works as well on the pork chops as it does on any steak. The only adjustment we make is shortening the cooking time for the chops since they are thinner than most steaks we cook.

Hope those chops turned out well, Mike. I use the same method on 1.5" thick boneless chops. Works like a charm everytime.[p]Hope all is well,[p]Jason
