Can Not Update \"Other Information\" On Profile??

Hi
Hopefully someone can let me know why I am not able to add anything to "Other Information" on my profile. I try it about once a week for past month thinking maybe something was just not working on site at time to no resolve. Any suggestions as to why I am not able to post any "Other Information" on my profile?
