Need advice for cooking ribs and chicken for one meal
I am cooking pork ribs on Sunday for a family dinner but have two members who only eat chicken. I was thinking I would cook the ribs first and then hold them in foil in a cooler (similar to a brisket) while I cooked a chicken afterwards for an hour and half. However, I'm worried I'll ruin the ribs if I hold them that long afterwards.[p]Yea or nay on holding the ribs for 90 minutes? Any advice is welcome...

Jumpin Jack Flash,
I have kept ribs in a cooler for 3 hours many times....they turn out great.Put hot water in the cooler and let it set for 10 minutes...pour out water and put ribs in covered with foil.[p]Larry

Jumpin Jack Flash,[p] Spatchcock the chicken and it only takes an hour to cook. I did two 4.5 - 5 lb chickens in exactly one hour last night.[p]John
