Does anyone have a good Red Snapper recipe?

    here are a couple for you. .. .first one, red snapper filets, rubbed with olive oil and dizzy pig raging river rub, grilled on bed on lemon slices at 400 degrees dome temp for about 12 minutes. . .[p]DSCN0325.jpg[p]second one is whole red snapper, scored, rubbed with olive oil and dizzy pig tsunami spin, grilled in preheated cast iron pan at around 425. . .i think this one went for about 8 minutes per side till done. . ..[p]DSCN0350.jpg[p]both were very good. ..
