YB first put us onto the idea at an Eggtoberfest, but then one of our tent-neighbors in Oklahoma City made some. That reminded us to do some at the Texas Eggfest. Needless to say, everyone was surprised at how good they are.

We will definitely look forward to making some more. I think they are on my knee surgery recovery diet. If not, they will be.

Oh yea, pay no attention to Mickey. He's up to no good.
