ChefRD's BBQ Hot Wings

I made some of ChefRD's BBQ Hot Wings this Saturday for dinner. They were a big hit. I only sauced 1/2 of them because the wife and kids weren't interested in spicy wings. Even without the sauce they were excellent. The chicken juice combining with the flour/corn meal provided a wonderful crusty coating for the wings. I'm ready to try it on some chicken breast or thighs or a whole cut up chicken. Reminded me of the oven fried chicken my mom used to make. I highly recommend the wings.[p]John

    Glad you liked them.
    The same breading mix works well on fish too. I just dip the fish in once and deep fry them with no waiting etc.
    They are good and really simple.
