I got a pack of these from Costco recently. Any ideas on recipe's?[p]It's a small rack about 12" long, with about 8 ribs or so.[p]Would like to cook them tonight. Any side dish advice would be nice as well.[p]Thanks[p]Mick

I like the way Chris does them w/ the Red Eye rub. Works for me everytime. I get mine at Costco as well. Make sure you trim some of the fat off of them or you will get major flare ups while searing.
