how to post pictures from facebook????

I read a few months back about someone posting pictures straight from facebook. I am really interested in doing this and avoiding photobucket all together. I post all of my cooks on facebook and would really like to start sharing them here without the hassle of uploading them twice. thanks for any input you guys and gals may have.

you can edit a post, FYI. rather than trying one after another, you can just go back to the original. otherwise you run the risk of people giving up and not reading them, if every one they open is empty... :laugh:
