    Glenn,
    It might help if you give us a few more details.[p]Large/small...what; how long have you had it; a new problem? Have you checked to make sure the opening aligns with the bottom vent? Lastly, are you using enough charcoal?[p]Any or a combination of these could be causing your problem.
