    Here's the one I bought. I haven't used it as much as I though I would, the thing's so durned heavy & I don't have a good gridlifter for it. Although if you two-hand it with two BGE gridlifters it's manageable.[p]Chuck

    since it is only available for a large BGE then the diameter is 18".
    Seeing that I wanted a cast iron grill - and love it already - for my small bge where I do the sear cooks which my wife and I prefer I made my own. I bought a 16 x 13 grate and then using a sabre saw cut a 13" diameter circle out of it. Took about an hour and well worth it - perhaps some day BGE will offer a cast iron for the little fellow, but in the meantime I'll be miles and miles down that road ahead of them.
