Requested Table Plans from below...
Way Down South in Dixie

Here are the plans I used. Like I said in the previous post, they're based off the Naked Whiz plans, but just have a little more reinforcement. One thing I noticed was I forgot to show the notches for the legs in the decking plans. Otherwise, everything else is the same. The lower shelf can be moved up just a tad so long as you have 15" from the top of the fire brick to the top lip of the table.
Considerations of what I used:
1. 1x6 decking and frame walls (The plans show 1x4 frame walls.
2. True 4"x4" posts (not 3.5x3.5 as with most posts) although the plans are designed for 3.5" posts
3. 2x4 bracing
4. 8 Rutland fire bricks 1.25 thick x 4.5" wide x 9" long
5. All plan scales are 1"=10" on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

Thanks for the plans (and email!). Isn't 36" + (I assume) casters 3"-4" high (for a total of 39"-40") a tad too high?

It looks sorta like the table I built too....I used 5 2x4 cross braces on the bottom and 3 on top. 4 is overkill unless you are doing a granite or marble top (probably still overkill)....
I could do my measurements fer ya if you want??? Here is my table I just did:
