Great Cook Book for Q

Anyone who doesn't already have enough cook books, I can recommend the El Paso Chile Company's Burning Desires by W.Park Kerr. Its subject matter is deep, with many new recipes for sauces and rubs (e.g. Peach barbeque sauce with Southern Comfort). Its smoking section answers many of the questions seen on the forum, with recipes for smoked salmon, loin of tuna, and smoked fresh ham. I'm dying to try the Kahlua baked beans next.
