First attempt; Twice Baked Potatoes

My wife and I made twice baked potatoes last night to go along with our pork tenderloin.

Baked them on my potato grill rack, rubbed in olive oil and kosher salt, for about 45 minutes @400, removed them and hollowed the skins. My wife then made garlic and chive mashed potatoes with the insides of the potatos and restuffed the skins. Put them back on the grill for about another 20 minuntes to finish, and added shredded chedder in the last 3-4 minutes. Turned out very well for flying by the seat of our pants.
