Cioppino ! (seafood stew)

Took an idea out of the egghead cookbook and prepared our loose interpretation of it .... Came out wonderful!

Used Halibut, Bay Scallops, Calamari, Mussels ... crushed san marzano tomatoes, garlic, shallot, fennel, dry white wine, clam juice, basil, italian parsley, tarragon, crushed red pepper. Toasted olive bread for dipping .... great heat, great seasoning .... was delicious!
