Okay, my sister went diving a couple weeks ago and brought me two spiney lobster tails. I know they can be boiled, but I am sure there is some kind of magic that can be worked on them in the egg. Can someone offer some guidance for grilling a lobster tail?[p]Thanks![p]Kelly

BBQBluesStringer, split the tail and spread some garlic butter over the tail meat. Place tail shell side down, slightly offset from the direct medium hot fire. Grill aprox ten minutes, or until your likeness.
