Fish Grilling & Mayonnaise

OK, I've heard some of you recommend putting mayonnaise on your fish before grilling (to cut down on sticking). Two silly questions:[p]a. how much mayonnaise (liberal or modest application)?
b. I presume you put your seasoning directly on the fish, and the mayonnaise on top of that. Do I need to adjust the amount of seasoning, upward or downward, due to the mayo?[p]Thanks.

Bill-the-Grill,[p]I have been using Mayo on my fish for years. I like a liberal amount on the fish as you loose some.[p]The mayo brings out the spice flavor so don't overdo it.[p]Enjoy![p]
