I'm still pretty much a newbie to the Green Egg and thought I would seek the advise of those with more experience.
I would like to cook pork this weekend. Any suggestions on a cut or recipe? Shoulder, butt, loin, etc, etc.
Thanks in advance for your input! Dave

Hello Dave and welcome. I have quite a few pork favorites. Probably the simplest is tenderloin. Grill it at 400 deg dome until it's 135 internal. Season it well with the rub of your choice. A very simple cook, with fantastic results.
Pork ribs are also a good choice. As you may have already noticed we lost one of our greatest assets. Here is his link on how to do ribs on the egg.
