Yes the little lady pulled the roast and she has more will power than I do. She did not taste it said I'll wait till You get home. Now that's a loving wife. Or is it, she wants to see if I'll taste it first???? Now I have the long wait till my releaf gets into work so I can get home. I had her put it on the egg in foil and close all the vents to keep it warm and happy. I know it is just sitting there asking to be tasted before the guest arrive???? Man it is going to be a long wait till I can taste the final results. Ohhhh egg you big green devil you make me hungry for all the good things you do.:-)
