Good looking Pizza...

THis is a pizza I made somewhat recently. I have always used the "Doughboy" crust in a can, but this time I tried the store brand instead, bad idea. The crust was almost the consistency of a dry biscuit. Guess next time I go the easy way with pre made dough I will stick to the brand name since it looked better than it tasted.

    Pizza dough is about the easiest thing in the world to make from scratch but you will tinker with the recipe the rest of your life. The biggest thing is to make it the day before and keep it in the fridge to develop flavor.
