My fire went out last night I adjusted it too much early thismornng
I got the egg back going but my butt temp droped to 140 :-(
I have it going now.. BUT wanted to have it done by 2 or 3
this is my first butt will it get done at 250 - 275 for a 7lb butt[p]thanks

You could wrap in foil once you get to 170, and the final stretch should be a quick one. Also, you might consider cooking closer to 275 dome before you wrap. Hopefully that will catch you up on things.[p]have fun!
