Tri-tip Tweev-tip!

Made tri-tip last night two ways (twice thrice-tip?). One, was the morro Bay Rich recipie from eggs by the bay website, the other is this one:

Both were good but I liked rich's one better. AND, it was a lot less work. Also made twice baked, baked potatoes, grilled romain hearts and beats with olive oil and pineapple head. Oh, and also a cedar planked sockeye for the 'veggies'.
