Inspiring too! Freak & I did 4 butts (about 32 lbs) using your "format" as a guide and they came out great. We turned the meat into 44 pork samiches for our tennis team - not a one left over. Definately a croud pleaser. Thanks again for all you do on this forum! Joe[p]PS: I wuz in your neck of the woods this week (at least I think I wuz)? I Did a run from Charlotte to Greensboro & Raleigh and just got back to the Atlanta area last night.

Most of my 32 pounds went to a women's shelter meal and they were grabbin' the sandwhiches and there were no leftovers. My wife said there were 37 women served. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to save a couple of pounds for myself. For later. You know, after the couple of pounds I probably ate while I pulled it. Burp.....[p]TNW
