Stuffed mushrooms and tomatoes. Stuffing made with the removed mushroom stems, guts of the tomatoes, cream cheese, cilantro, pork sausage and DP RedEye Express. It got a little creamier that I wanted but it was good. Tomatoes fit just right in a Scoop, and it made them much easier to handle. Could have gone a bit longer, but they were fine.
