Thanks to all of you that posted helpful suggestions on cooking with the digiQ. I did a couple pork butts the night of the 4th and pulled them on the 5th. At first I over shot the temp but moved forward and got it all set up for a 225 cook. I have to tell you your suggestions were spot on. I checked the Egg at 6am on the morning of the 5th and the grid temp was 225 and I guess it stayed that way most of the night. Pulled the first one when it hit 190 and that was about 10:30 am. The second was lagging a bit so it came off at 11:15. Best ones I have done and so painless
