Inclimate weather is unfair to some!

Was originally going to grill this, but angry rain and angrier wife paved the way to kitchen cooking :D

Pan seared lamb chop w/Tsingtao beer pan sauce reduction & ginger and garlic shrimp scampi w/cilantro & scallions:

For a non-BGE dish, it was supremely tasty, and my wife was extremely happy since it only took me 20 minutes to cook instead of several hours. lol
