freezing pulled pork

any tips on freezing pulled pork (i assume it can be frozen and reheated). or is just bag and freeze--want to save some for ABT's but don't have the energy to do them today.

You can just bag and freeze it and thaw/reheat as needed. I've found that reheating in a double boiler or boil-in bag works well.[p]If the meat is going to be in the freezer for any length of time, vacuum packing would be advisable to preserve the best quality, assuming that you have the needed machinery. If not, wrapping portions tightly in plastic cling wrap and then bagging the bundles has worked well for me.[p]Bob
