Smoked a couple of pork shoulders yesterday. Put both in a cooler and pulled the first. The second wasn't needed, so we didn't pull it. Put in the frig where it is today.

What is the best way to proceed now?

Reheat to a certain temperature and pull it?

Pull it and heat it back up in ziplocks/hot water?

Any advice is appreciated.

What I have done is to pull it, put it in a crock pot, add coke classic (no other type of soda)and enjoy when hot.

I pull it then freeze 1 pound bags. For a fast meal we just gently nuke it. I would pull it and then just warm it up however you like. ;)

I'd wrap it in foil and warm it back up on the egg. Then pull. Alot of folks do that coke thing. I don't.
