Crab Stuffed Mushrooms & Other Goodies

Susan wanted boiled shrimp and I was hungry for crab and Caesar salad, so that became the basis for the meal.

I boiled some shrimp and made cocktail sauce. These were good by themselves and as an adder to the Caesar Salad.





I made some stuffing from lump crab and filled some portobellos that had the gills removed and a little pesto and Parmesan added.





Everything came together with some white wine.
