I placed a couple 8# shoulders on around 4pm and had the egg nicely at 230 dome when we left for fireworks around 6pm tonight.

When I got home around 11pm, the fire was out and around 120 dome and the butt was 134F in the center. I'm guessing the fire went out shortly after we left. I quickly re-fired and am going to cook overnight, but was wondering if these will be safe to eat tomorrow?
