HELP - Pork shoulder - Fire went out - Is it safe?

I placed a couple 8# shoulders on around 4pm and had the egg nicely at 230 dome when we left for fireworks around 6pm tonight.
When I got home around 11pm, the fire was out and around 120 dome and the butt was 134F in the center. I'm guessing the fire went out shortly after we left. I quickly re-fired and am going to cook overnight, but was wondering if these will be safe to eat tomorrow?

If it were mine I'd cook it and eat it. I don't think you were outside the safety zone very long. But that's a call you will have to make. For future reference, keep the dome at 250. It will not likely go out at that temp. Also make sure your gauge is calibrated.

I would have no problem with eating the pork butts....this is one of the reasons I love my Stoker. I can leave for hours and check the progress of the cook on my phone or iPad

I would probably eat it, im not food scientist but i would guess cooking it to 200 -210* would kill any harmful particles. Ignore the troll on the board, just here to get himself off.
