Slow Cooked Roast Prime

I cooked two pieces of roast prime last night. The idea for two pieces was to have different levels of doneness and to have more end pieces.
I rubbed them with a mix of salt, dry mustard, fresh rosemary, black pepper and garlic powder.
I grilled them at 250, indirect, with my guru.
I added some baked potatoes and grilled portobellas with pesto and cheese.
This one was pulled between 145 and 150.

This one was at 135.

I would have thought that 140-145 would render it more well-done than that.. Nice cook!
