I just took my 3 PB and brisket off the egg. Smells wonderful! I plan on pulling around 3 or so and eating at 6. Plan is pork in a roaster and beef in crockpot with a little beef broth. Until then is it ok to store in an oven set at 200.

The tip of the brisket will really dry out at that temp. I will set the oven to 170 if I am going that route. Even then I get brisket crumbles from the edges.
For maintaining temp that long I woul dprefer the oven to the cooler. Just be sure they are wrapped very good.
