Anyone done beef jerky in the Big Green Egg? How do you do it? Thanks for all your help. I love you all

I use Hi Mountain cures. I slice a roast or a trimmed brisket 1/8 thick. Then I follow Hi Mounts instructions for curing.(24 hours) I smoke with hickory or pecan for an hour or two at 225. I pull when it looks done.
