Frozen Ribs
Albertsons had a sale on Danish pork ribs so I bought forty pounds to cook up for ourself, friends and family. I put them on the cooker frozen. They came out exceptionally good for the quality of the rib I started with. I do try and start with chilled pork butt to help with the smoke absorption. The ribs REALLY absorbed some good flavors. Does anyone do this on purpose? ChuckE
