I egg'd turkey thighs last nite and want to share the recipe. First boned them, then made incisions on the meaty side to even the cooking time. Grilled at 400' direct and when almost done I began brushing with the following glaze. It's good with pork chops or tenders too. Use remaining glaze for dipping.

Raspberry Glazed for
Turkey Tenderloins or Thighs,
Pork chops or tenders

1/2 C red raspberry jam
6 T raspberry vinegar
1/4 C dijon mustard
1 t grated orange peel
1/2 t thyme

Heat glaze ingredients for 2 minutes to slightly thicken.

Grill turkey. When almost done, begin brushing glaze.
Do not use early in the cooking because it will burn.
