Help! my egg is stuck

I did a high temp cook (pizza) a couple of days ago, go outside to fire up the egg today and i cant open the lid. it feels like its glued shut. any ideas?

A nice clean drywall knife, stick between the top and bottom gasket and slide it around till it opens back up again
